Peter Drucker said “You can’t manage something that can’t be measured.” This applies to every element of the company’s operation – sales, margin, costs, profit. So should you measure everything? Of course not. There are many elements that can be measured. If we wanted to analyze them all, we would get lost in a maze of numbers, indicators and charts. It is best to choose a few indicators that are most representative for the company and monitor them on an ongoing basis. The rest of the information should be available as needed.
Our task is to help in choosing the elements that should be monitored, as well as to provide the necessary data for monitoring. This can be done in various ways – using the data provided by internal or external accounting, from our accounting, or any other way, depending on your needs.
Well-chosen indicators delivered on time help in management. Sometimes, however, it is not easy to make decisions, especially in the VUCA world we live in (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Being able to discuss ideas, scenarios, and consider options together are ways to make better decisions.

Money is important, even very important, but in fact it is only a tool to achieve other goals. When we know what we need them for and why, it is much easier to develop a company and create a strategy. Maybe it is about financial security, financial freedom, making dreams come true, supporting others in making their dreams come true, charity work, securing the family?
The goals of earning may change and with them the company and its strategy. With the change of the company and its strategy, the elements of the activity that must be monitored in order to be successful change. The cycle described above begins anew.
